Information about hotel accommodations in wedding invitations

Hi, I'm getting married in Poland in 4 months. We have 4 families from the UK coming to our wedding and we are paying for hotel expenses. We have no idea what to wear at the wedding in a upscale resort hotel at Florida Key in October. Invitation says "Island Elegant". It's going to be outise on the beach starting at 15:30.
